Club Concierge® App – End User License Agreement (EULA)
App: Club Concierge® mobile application (“App”)
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APP. BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APP, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE APP.
1. License Grant
Club Concierge® grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for accessing concierge services provided to authorized members. This license does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.
2. Restrictions
You may not, under any circumstance:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code;
- Use the App for illegal, abusive, or defamatory purposes;
- Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access;
- Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the App for commercial purposes;
- Interfere with security features or servers of the App.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of this license and may lead to legal action.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the App—including but not limited to its design, code, trademarks (including the registered “Club Concierge®”), features, content, and data—remain the sole property of Club Concierge®.
4. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Club Concierge® makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service;
- Accuracy or reliability of information;
- Results from use of the App;
- Availability or success of concierge services requested via the App.
You use the App at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Concierge® shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) arising from:
- Use or inability to use the App;
- Delay or failure in fulfilling concierge requests;
- Acts of third-party service providers;
- Unauthorized access or data loss.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed INR 100.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to the Privacy Policy. Club Concierge® may collect, process, and store your data to deliver services, improve functionality, and fulfill compliance requirements. No personal data is sold.
7. Updates and Modifications
Club Concierge® may issue updates, patches, or enhancements to the App without notice. These are mandatory to ensure continued use and compatibility. The company reserves the right to change or discontinue any feature at any time.
8. Termination
Club Concierge® may suspend or revoke your access without notice for:
- Breach of this Agreement;
- Security risks;
- Suspected fraud or misuse;
- Termination of membership.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.
9. Force Majeure
Club Concierge® is not liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemic disruptions, internet outages, or governmental actions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Entire Agreement
This EULA, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Club Concierge® with respect to the App. No oral or written statement shall override its terms.
12. Acceptance
By clicking “Accept” or using the App, you acknowledge that:
- You are authorized to access Club Concierge® services;
- You have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms of this EULA.

Club Concierge® values your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Club Concierge® App (“App”). By using the App, you consent to the practices described herein.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
a. Personal Information
- Full name, email, phone number, gender, and address
- Membership ID or employer details (if applicable)
- Preferences or service request history
b. Device & Usage Information
- Device type, operating system, IP address
- Session logs, feature usage, and error reports
c. Location Data
- Only if explicitly enabled by the user (for location-based services)
d. Payment Information
- Collected and processed securely by certified third-party gateways; Club Concierge® does not store payment details
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, personalize, and improve our services
- Fulfill concierge requests and reservations
- Contact you with service updates, support, or relevant promotions
- Enhance app performance and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations and security monitoring
3. Sharing of Data
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data only in the following cases:
- With third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, restaurants, chauffeurs) strictly to fulfill your approved request
- With analytics or hosting partners under strict confidentiality obligations
- With government or law enforcement agencies if required under applicable law
4. Data Security
We implement strong security measures including:
- Encryption of sensitive data during transmission
- Access control with multi-layered internal security
- Secure cloud infrastructure for data hosting
- Regular audits and proactive vulnerability patching
Note: Despite our best efforts, no system is 100% secure. Users are advised to exercise caution and report any suspicious activity immediately.
5. User Rights and Controls
You may, at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data (subject to legal or contractual limitations)
- Withdraw consent to non-essential data processing

6. Retention Policy
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
Inactive accounts may be purged after 36 months, unless otherwise mandated by compliance or audits.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may include links to or integrations with external services (e.g., payment gateways, map services).
These are governed by their own policies, and Club Concierge® disclaims responsibility for their data handling practices.
9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies or local storage to:
- Save preferences
- Track usage patterns (anonymously)
- Enhance speed and functionality
Users may manage cookie settings through their device or browser.
10. Cross-Border Data Transfers
By using the App, you agree that your data may be stored or processed outside your jurisdiction, including in countries with different data protection standards.
11. Force Majeure Protection
We shall not be held liable for any breach or data loss resulting from events beyond our control—such as natural disasters, wars, cyberattacks, or changes in law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
